PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Exchange Rate: $1 = 25,000 VND- Backgrounds: Simple backgrounds are included in the base price. Detailed or intricate backgrounds may require an additional fee depending on the complexity.- Character Design: Standard character designs are included. Complex designs may require an additional fee depending on the complexity.- Will Not Draw: Mecha, extreme gore, horror, or similar themes.- Will Draw: Male, female, children, elderly characters, and more.

Revisions & Edits- You may request up to three revisions free of charge.
- Additional changes beyond three will incur an extra fee (amount depends on complexity).Payment & Timeline- A minimum 50% deposit is required before I begin working.
- Commissions typically take 2–4 weeks to complete. If more time is needed due to workload, I will notify you in advance.
- If you need a rushed commission, an additional fee may apply.Cancellation & Refund Policy- Before I start: 80% refund.
- After the sketch is completed: 60% refund.
- After the colored sketch is completed: 40% refund.
- After 70% completion: No refunds.*Usage Rights- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- You may not resell, reproduce, or use my work for profit without prior discussion and agreement.
- If you do not want me to post or showcase your commission for promotional purposes, please inform me in advance.I will not be responsible for saving the files after I send you the finished products. Please back up the file yourself :)
